1.) How often do you weigh yourself? I weigh myself first thing when I get up and right before I go to bed. I've been thinking about cutting down but I really feel like I need the accountability. I told myself I could weigh myself daily as long as I didn't let it affect my mood. Can't say I've stuck with that 100% but I do try to keep a perspective.
2.) What are your top 3 protein sources? I eat a lot of protein. Chicken, meat, protein powder are my top sources but I have a lot of others, too.
3.) Victories/Challenges this week? Living with teen agers is always a challenge. Fighting off this cold and not feeling terrific. Learning to maintain is a challenge right now.
4.) Plans for the weekend? I hope to see the grand babies tomorrow if my daughter is off work. Sunday is Father's day and were are going to the boyfriend's house and he gets to take my daughter driving. I can't do it right now. I hate driving with new drivers. I am a nervous wreck. God bless him, he has nerves of steel. He drives with her all over and doesn't flinch at all. He lives in the country so it's better for her to learn then in the city.
