I haven't really recorded today, but I can wing this.

MENU
2 protein coffee drinks, 52g
1 cup Fage greek yogurt, 22g
1 cup blueberries
2 oz jerky, 18g
string cheese, 7g

Dinner left to go.....doing great on low carb today. Dinner and a snack still to go. Already at 99g of protein for the day!

10 mile run this morning at a pretty good pace

On track for both

Hi Roz!  Better late than never... I'm in Athens Alabama on my way down to my sons place again.  I'm hauling a U-Haul trailer with his "stuff" in it.  Long day - 13 hour drive and a 12 hour drive tomorrow.  Alan has a new apartment without internet.. so my board time will be severely limited.  I'll have to use my phone for my internet.  Carby day...

B- scrambled egg w/bacon and cheese (Tom insisted I have something with substance to start off with)
S - 2 scoop protein coffee
L - 2 pieces of a quesadilla
D - 1 piece of that quesadilla
S - coffee
S - bought some tortilla chips in a moment of weakness... Ate some then put the bag on the floor where i couldn't reach it.

Vits - yes including iron
Water - way low today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

You are an Amazing Woman Jody!!  I would never be able to haul a trailer....it must be the brave cycle girl in you!  Years ago I could have traveled that far by myself but I'm not even sure I could do that now.

A young person without internet...WOW.  Does he have it on his phone too?  My DD uses her phone all of the time instead of the computer, but she did get the ipad recently.

Haha...loved the tortilla comment!  I've had to throw things on the floor numerous times to get rid of the temptation.
