During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

S:  1 PB flourless cookie
B:  GNC Chocolate with SF DaVinci Peppermint Paddy Syrup  35g
S:  2 cheese sticks
L:  Small piece of meatloaf with ketchup and 2 bites of macaroni salad
S:  Cherries
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
S:  1 PB flourless cookie

D:  1 Arby's roast beef sandwich (took me a long time plus I shared with the dog)

good morning! working on water and vits. bike ride to the mall (maybe 12 miles total)....at GNC they have a scale that prints out your height, weight, body fat, bmi...etc all of that so i weigh myself on thursdays there!

I never noticed our GNC having that but they probably do.  That's a great idea.  Do you weigh in between?

I have been doing very well with my meals until yesterday. I realized AFTER the fact that I was stress eating and getting my butt back on track.

B-Protein coffee 25

 2 protein teas 

 4 smallish pieces  whole wheat matzoh  slathered with promise and butter buds  fat free  "  butter " 

one piece Russian  pizza  (  full fat and it  made me sick sick sick )   wont be doing THAT again

I've missed you Ava!  Fat comes my tummy all riled up so I can just imagine what it would do to someone who goes mostly fat free.

 Good afternoon everyone!

My sitter's whining about my drop off time for the little one so starting tomorrow I'll be moving my work out back to after work. So annoying. But at least on dreary days I'll still have afternoon exercise even if the pool is out.

Weight and Mesurements were good this morning, body fat is down to 19.3% so I'm ecstatic!!!

Curves: 30 minutes
Protein: 1.5 scoops Mint Cookie with creme de menthe and cookie dough SF syrups: 35g protein
Breakfast: jell-o salad and kashi: 13.3g protein
Lunch: T.S.P. Mockafoni and carrots: 16.8g protein
Snack: Laughing cow cheese, breakfast cookie bar: 11.2g protein
Snack: Jello Pop, Nectar Lemonade: 28.8g protein
swimming? doubt it. something though, going stir crazy at night
Dinner: Cauliflower crust pizza with more cooked carrots: 12.4g protein
Dessert: "not cake" and NAS ice cream

totals: 1178 calories, 44.8g fat, 88.4g carbs (60g NET), 124g protein

protein was a little low for me, hence the extra half scoop mint cookie this morning.
64 oz water in already
vites are great

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

LOL....My DD has a home day care and I work with day care funding and I hear whining all of the time from the Providers.  There biggest complaints are drop off and pick up times.  Usually it's not for excersing though...LOL  It's because they decide to stop at the bar or go shopping on the way home.

Hi Roz,
I had to travel today and have a meeting tonight so I'm without a plan today.  I was suppose to meet DD for lunch so I didn't bring anything and she cancelled this morning.  Here is what I've done so far:

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Chicken Wings
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ?? Maybe Pimento Cheese??
S:  ??

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None today
