I averaged around 800 while I was still losing.  It is funny that we can be satisfied on such low numbers.

Appointments morning and afternoon but I did get to Curves before the first one.  I just do what I can with my knee but at least I am getting some exercise.  Knee is better today for which I am thankful but know that it is momentary.

Hi Roz.  Thought I had posted earlier but guess I hadn't....  Heading to Houston tomorrow so I'll probably be off line for a few days

B - 2 protein coffees
B2- took myself out  for Bfast.  it was a bfast dish potatoes, ham, grilled onions, mushrooms and green peppers with cheese.  Picked out the good stuff and left a lot of the potatoes
D - cheese cubes, 2 chicken wings

vits - yes
water - ummm low

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
