Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!
Over the hump day!!! The weekends coming!!!!!!!
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.
RNY Maintenance

L: Taco Meat with cheese
S: NSA Peaches
Protein: Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g

"Create your day"
That's a shame. How many did your batch make? I'm not quite sure of the break down for the calories etc. I'm really enjoying them but better than that is I can't eat more than a couple small ones because PB kind of upsets my tummy so I'm not going back over and over again.
Good Menu!!!

Um, I made them small, but it probably only made about 16-18 cookies. I guess they must really be good if the family scarfed them up! I did bring into work a couple for a friend to try too who wanted the recipe. I hope to make a batch tonight and freeze them in tupperware until the cookout Saturday. Thanks so much for sharing.
That is probably a good thing you are somewhat sensitive to peanut butter, that way you won't over indulge!

Mine made 18 too. Usually I can handle a TB of peanut butter at a time and I wouldn't think there could be that much in 2 little cookies (?) so maybe it's the sweetner combined with it.

Hello fellow light weights!
So far the day is going according to plan :) I forgot part of a snack so I just moved something and I'll definately survive without it.
I noticed for the past week I've started getting cold all the time again. Strangely enough, I've started losing again as well... I wonder if there is a tie-in? It took my entire work out this AM to finally feel warm again but I'm at work (well at lunch at work) and my heater has been on all day!
Pre-Work Out: 3g protein
Curves: 30 minutes
Protein: Cookies n Creme (ProStar): 25g protein
Breakfast: ChocoBan breakfast cookie with cottage cheese: 26.3 g protein
Lunch: PB2 and Jam on P28 with baby carrots: 19.4g protein
Snack: Edamame and colby Jack stick: 14g protein
Snack: Jello Yogurt Pop (with carribean cooler protein mixed into this batch) and crystal sky nectar: 28.8g protein
SWIMMING unless it's too cold
Dinner: Squazagna with TSP and a small salad: 17.2g protein
Dessert: blueberry blended shake with real (frozen) blueberries, blueberry SF syrup 1/2 scoop protein powder and some NAS ice cream: 17g protein
totals: 1245 calories, 35.3g fat, 92g carbs (65.4g NET), 150g protein
was supposed to have laughing cow with after lunch snack and colby jack was for lunch but it'll be okay. P28 makes me pretty disgustingly full anyway. Might not have room for carrots at this rate!
getting weighed and measured at the gym tomorrow morning, feeling pretty optimistic, my size 2 pants are very loose today :D
80oz water so far... recently become obsessed with making my own lemonade (water lemon juice and davinci syrup) such strong flavor and variety, have to take home left over lime syrup for my husband to try :)
I'll stop babbling now, hope you all have a great day!!
