Those chips are killing your totals but I'm glad you updated and put them on your menu...YEAH for you!!!!  

You need to come up with an alternative snack that will satisfy you,  I had to lick the cheezits habit.  I was forcing myself to wait until 3:00pm to have them and then it got that I started watching the clock and  that's when I knew I was hooked.  It was hard and it took me about a week and a half but I did it. 

You can do it too!!!

I was gone over the weekend and had meetings all day today.  But tomorrow, I am taking some time for me and the ponies.  The weekend trip was good and I had a great lesson with the trainer.  It was good to see my sister, she was so pleased.  Hadn't seen me since right after the surgery.  Now to get back on track.  I haven't done badly, just not quite enough fluid or protein.
