Been headachy and nasty feeling since Friday. Bad diarhea since Saturday - still having to go every 10 minutes or so and I just can't force anything down. I really don't think I could stomache a protein shake so does anyone have any ideas for some things that might taste good and help settle the nasty stomache?

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

When I had a nasty stomach virus awhile back the only thing I could sip on was Isopure (ready to drink bottles).  The thought of my regular protein shakes gagged me.  Keep an eye out for signs of dehydration.  Hope you feel better soon.  Cindy

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and save protein for later if it's a problem getting it down too. Try some ginger tea too. I hope you feel better soon.
