Menus and Miles Sunday June 11th

Morning Everyone!   I got up early and got almost all of my flower boxes planted!  I can't wait to see them after they start growing and filling in.  Gotta get ready for Church...enjoy your Sunday!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

B:  Oatmeal
L:  2 hotdogs with chili....no bun
S:  Handful of pretzels....bad
Protein:  Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
S:   1 flourless peanut butter cookie
D:  small piece of steak with green beans

salad/1/4 baked pot

I am sure i will add some more food as the day goes on..

Wow - busy busy bee!!  Its 49 degrees here this morning... chilly... supposed to warm up to about 70 and sunny, which will be nice. 

B - coffee, 3 pieces of bacon, 1/2 egg 1/2 piece wheat toast, protein coffee
L - click protein drink
S - cheese cubes
D - ribs and chicken and pork n beans

Vits yes
Water: ok
Miles:  went for a nice 2 mile walk/run

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

49....wow.    It was so nice here this morning and it was so quiet with everyone else still in bed.  I'm so glad I did them this morning because it got so windy out my dirt would have been flying around.

Sounds like a great menu!

I walked about 3.5 miles today, and I'm keeping to my pre-op diet.

B:  yoghurt with 1/2 c blueberries
S:  1.5 oz reduced fat cheese
L:  tomato soup with 1 sandwich thin and  1 c cherries
S:  1 sandwich thin with 1 TB fat free cream cheese and 2 oz smoked salmon
D: healthy choice dinner
