3 Year Anniversary Today!
I rarely post here, but thought that I'd share my happiness with you over the three year anniversary of my RNY.
I started out at 246, got down as low as 134, and now sit somewhat comfortably at 142. I have some work to do before I lose these few extra pounds to try to get back to my low weight.
It's been a remarkably easy journey for me. Only a few glitches occur post surgery - horrible gas at times, and an unremarkable but yet annoying hiccup when I eat too much.
But most importantly, I feel awesome.

Congratulations Tracey on your 3 year surgiversary! We have several of us on this board that are hitting that milestone too.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
