Morning Everyone!    Have a Wonderful Weekend!! 

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

I tried to post yesterday and it just wouldn't let me!  It just kept thinking and thinking. 

I hope you enjoyed Olive Garden.  My DD and I used to go there all the time before WLS and get the soup and salad.....and oh yeah....the bread sticks...LOL   I've been there a couple times since then but it's just not the same.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Graduation open houses.  I made good food choices, but I had some beer too.  It ended up turning into a full blown party....

We get invited to so many our cheerleaders graduations and parties and we have to turn them all down.  Sometimes we wish we didn't have to when it's one of the girls who's really special to us but that would cause problems.  Next years graduates are going to be the worse because my DD has coached them for 11 years.

We have the grand baby this morning. Hubby has her outside on her little firetruck, so I'm going to start a tab here.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B- 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and strawberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - tomato sandwich on a multi grain deli flat and a protein shake (30g)
S - CarbSmart ice cream
D - chicken and corn on the cob

If your hubby is anything like mine he was having more fun than her....LOL  He loves our grandbabies.  When's the new one due?

DD#3 just keeps trying but hasn't been successfull.  She is still really depressed over losing the last one.

Corn on the cob...YUM.  I some a couple of weeks ago but it wasn't worth eating.

I've been craving a good BLT sandwich.  Started buying the bread, tomato, bacon, etc. and then thought this is stupid to spend all of the money for extra food that's going to go to waste.  I'm just going to order one when we eat out.
