4 1/2 weeks out with questions!
Personally, I think you are right on track for 4 1/2 weeks out. I would try to stay away from the protein bars though. I would go with a string cheese or some cottage cheese instead....or another shake. As you get further out, you will find you can eat much more of that protein bar and they pretty much are a candy bar substitute and a whole one usually packs quite a few calories. I know many people use them, but that's just my 2 cents.
