Morning Everyone!  Happy Thursday!!!!!!   CHECK OUT JODY'S POST ON MAINTENANCE!!!!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

its a hot one! i'm in an air conditioned office all day but i worry about the 3 dogs! when we left this morning we made sure that the fan was blowing on them and they had plenty of cold water to drink.

b: egg whites and cheddar on 1/2 a skinny bagel, iced coffee

It's scorching here too.  My DH works outside and he is going to be drained when he gets off of work and then he has a ballgame.

good morning. headed out soon for a long bike ride and a 5k jog to clear my head. working on water and vits. will figure out protein totals later. having a bad pouch day...i'm actually thankful for it!

Gonna be a hot one here today too! We had some thunder storms this morning, and expect more later this evening... I think we are all traumatized from the tornado's had out here last week.  My daughter wasn't afraid of lightening & thunder before that, now she is :(  I just had to reassure her that this was just rain, thunder & lightening, and no tornado's....(but do we really know that?)

Hi Roz - thanks for the kind words on the post.  I did break down and had 1 beer last night, but it was after my super thick protein drink and didn't taste nearly as good.  What I believe was happening was I was thirsty when I'd get home from work and would open a beer or 2 to quench that - then after dinner another one.  Yesterday I drank 2 glasses of crystal lite, one before my dinner and 1 after.  Then waited until later and had my protein pudding/shake.  I was really full after that.... so I'm going to keep doing that.  I'm going to see what I can do to reduce the calories in it though - I figured it still wa 340 for the pudding shake alone... 200 for the double scoop of protein powder, 100 for the Almond Silk milk and 40 for the pudding.  Maybe cut it all in half since I only drank just over half of it.....

B - 2 protein coffees
L - McD's double cheeseburger
D - a steak - yes the WHOLE thing... my restriction is next to nothing today
S - double fudge pudding protein shake

vits:  yes - I even took my iron yesterday - WOOT!
water:  ok.. not great.  cold here today - didn't even hit 60 degrees

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
