During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

its a hot one! i'm in an air conditioned office all day but i worry about the 3 dogs! when we left this morning we made sure that the fan was blowing on them and they had plenty of cold water to drink.
b: egg whites and cheddar on 1/2 a skinny bagel, iced coffee
s: greek yogurt w/ peaches and pistachios

d: not sure? maybe a turkey burger

D: Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad Half-Size, small chili (won't finish both)
S: Syntrax Matrix Mint Cookie Protein shake

D - a steak - yes the WHOLE thing... my restriction is next to nothing today

water: ok.. not great. cold here today - didn't even hit 60 degrees
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
