Menus and Miles Wed. June 8th
I've been up about 4 lbs for the last year. Bounceback? I just keep trying to get it back off--don't want 4# a year bounce back. I too have added more carbs back in. I'm cleaning out my pantry by taking some things into work. The young ones will eat anything.

L: whole wheat spagetti w/meat sauce

D: think I'll grill a steak

Here's a more typical day for me lately:
B: one egg
S: cottage cheese
L: cheese and bean 1/2 tortilla with greek yogurt
S: peanuts with 4-5 chocolate chips (I know....I know)
D: leftovers (tonight it's meat with pasta sauce)
Still need to add more protein and find a better source of calcium. The petites are making me puke.
So far today (it's 3pm here)
MENU (I know the chocolate bar isn't what most of you would choose, but I am trying to eat more Primal. The dark chocolate with 70% cacoa is a good choice for me right now)

Doing okay on the water. I've taken all vitamins except the multi. I'm out, but they should arrive today or tomorrow from Bariatric Advantage.

My food was all messed up today because of labs early, then a client, meeting, etc. But it ended up ok. Hot here and rain all around us but not a drop here and we are getting pretty dry.
Tomorrow is my first meeting with the orthepedist about my knee. I'm sure he wouldn't tell me anything but send me for test, MRI or something. But I am glad to at least get the process started. I haven't been to Curves in weeks, partly because of work and the show but also because I just hurt most of the time and don't feel like doing much (other than the ponies, which I always feel like doing if it isn't 99 degrees or 35 degrees).

After having my DGSs for 5 days some serious de-carbing was in order. with DH gone from T-Fr seemed like a good time to do a 5 day pouch test. Today is day 2 and doing good.
