I guess I need to take Roz's advice and start adding in more calories, I just have no FLIPPIN clue how to do it. Scale has moved but in the WRONG direction! It was 125 and now it says 132. I have no clue what I am doing wrong, but anyway heres my plan today

B-Protein Coffee 25
S-Pure Protein Shake 35
L-veery small salad and about 3 oz of Chicken and Gnocci Soup ( Olive Garden)
S- SF popsicle
D- Didnt have chili had a fajita, 12 g
S- Greek Yogurt 14

The only thing I'm going to do right now is keep track of what I eat.  I know that part my gain is from swelling.  My one ankle is pretty big.  It does that every year.  I was hoping that it wouldn't do that once I lost weight.

Yes, I do still track on Fitday. I am averaging 600-800 cal a day and at least 65 g of protein.

Hi Roz,
Hope your SIL is feeling better!!  I have caught myself letting the night time snacking creep back into my habits.  I can do so good all day and ruin it all at night.  I made the Peach Protein Ice Cream last night so I will be having that at night instead of the other types of ice cream.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  1/2 Apple Pecan Grilled Chicken Salad(Wendy's)

Yep - mee too...  I do great all day... then nighttime just kicks my butt.  I'm going to try a frozen shake.. see how it works out.  I want to try butterscotch pudding too to see how it tastes.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

When I was making the Peach protein ice cream, I drank some of it and it was sooo good.  I'm thinking about trying a protein milk shake with some fruit in it at night and see if that will help curb my night eating.  I love the sugar free fat free puddings.  I mix them with the Hood Calorie Countdown Milk and it has a lot less carbs.

I really need to get the snack items out of my house!!

Linda - I used the no sugar added Almond Silk Milk tonight, 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder and 1/4 bag of the SF/FF double chocolate pudding mix.  Put it in my cup with the shaker ball - and tasted it - yummm... Then I put the SF peanut butter syrup in it and yuk.  I ruined it.  BUT - I'll drink it anyway.  I drank over half of it and perhaps I'll Dr it back up tomorrow.

I had not thought of putting protein powder in my pudding, I bet that would help it keep you full longer.  Sorry yours got ruined with the syrup.  I'm not good with adding the syrups, I either don't get enough or I end up with it too strong....

DH mixed my Lemon Tea & Cappuccino powders together when we got home Sunday so now my Lemon Tea at home is ruined - I tried it but it was horrible!!

I intended on freezing it and making it more like a fudgecicle, but I was hungry - and yes, I drank a little over half and I was FULL.  I figured it still was 340 calories though - that's a lot. 

Next time I'll use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water and see how that works.
