Morning Everyone! Dark and Gloomy here...hopefully it clears up this afternoon.
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

L: Small Wendy's Chili

Curve's- 30 minutes
Protein: Matrix Perfect Chocolate: 21g protein (usually 23, but I spilled some in the parking lot, grr)
Breakfast: cottage cheese/blueberries/kashi: 25.1g protein
Lunch: leftover buffalo chicken salad (dinner last night instead of roll ups): 22.6g protein
Snack: Laughing Cow (gouda- forgot to eat yesterday): 5g protein
Pre-Work Out 3g protein
1/2 Vanilla Almond Quest Bar: 10g protein (not sure when around work out will fit this in yet)
Zumba (promised a hardcore workout tonight) 30-45 minutes
1/2 scoop IsoSensation 93 Banana Ice Cream (shake): 15g protein
Dinner: Chicken Roll Up, shirataki noodles (for real tonight, have more time since pool is closed) 29.6g protein (best guess)
Dessert: Jello Yogurt Pop: 3.1g protein
Totals: 1131 calories, 42.7g fat, 65g carbs (39.1g net), 133g protein

It is hot, hot, hot here. We need rain so bad. Our temperature gauge on the back of our house had 110 yesterday afternoon, the sun beats down on it in the afternoons.

We can wear dressy capri's, I have a pair ironed to wear tomorrow... They still don't have our office AC quite right with the changing of the season... still warm in here.
Today I am wearing a skirt for the first time in YEARS.... I always felt like I looked huge in them. But someone gave me two Talbots shirts in my size, so I am wearing one today, I love it!! It is a freeing feeling! Maybe I will go wild and buy a summer dress now! :P
