Wanted to share.  It' me and it's real.  The truth about life 4 years post-op.  Back sliding a being off track. Getting in gear and not letting old habbits form again.

Thanks for posting your video, it's good to see someone's real life experience rather than a glossy infomercial/brochure style story about life after bypass.  Well done.

Cheers from Karin (in Oz)

Hey Ashleigh! (love that spelling)!

Thank you for the kind words.  I plan on doing more videos! I wish I would have started them when I was pre-op so that I could look back on them now.

Happy hump day!

Ash, I enjoyed your video.  I started watching it yesterday at lunch and had to fini**** today.  I agree that maintenance is much harder than the losing part!!  I wish I had your boobies, they look great!!!  Mine are totally gone....so sad.
I did not see any batwings on your arms - they look great too.
Be sure to post your next video so I can watch it.
Thanks for sharing.

Aww Thank you Linda! ;o)  such sweet words.  That means a lot to me.

I know for some people losing is hard.  My honeymoon period I dropped so much weight effortlessly that this maintanence phase is much harder.  At least it is for me! lol

I'm posting another video right now.  I show my skin in this one lol

Happy hump day!

You asked about calories.  I have a sleeve and my instructions, from my surgeon, are to eat 800 to 1000 calories, 70 g protein, no more than 40 g of carb, no more than 30 g of fat.  I almost always eat the 1,000 calories, and go way above the recommended protein, closer to 90 to 100 is my norm.  I get too tired without the protein, and I want to eat more than 800 calories.   I work out and wonder if his recommendations are for those who aren't working out.

I want a tummy tuck so bad too.  My stomach looks like yours.  I have had two kids.  My insurance will not pay for it so I have to convince the husband that it's the right thing.  I was self for the sleeve so I know it will be a difficult to convince him.

Keep making the videos.  You are inspiration.  How tall are you?  It's probably in your profile.
