New to Lightweights Forum!
Hi EmilyLyn and welcome to the LW Board. Sorry you had gallbladder problems. I had mine out in 94 after Nutrisystem weight loss.
It is hard to see our new bodies when we are so used to ourselves the other way.
Hope you can find a protein powder you can tolerate, it does make it much easier.
What type of surgery did you have?
Linda

Emily, I checked with Michelle (Vitalady) and she does not know of any of her protein powders that have sulfates in them.
With that said, check her labels carefully or call her staff for clarification of labels and then try the samples from the ones you find that work.

Welcome to the board EmilyLyn! (I LOVE your name!) This board is the absolute best ever. And I'm not even technically a lightweight. But they adopted me anyway. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/heart.gif)
You've done wonderful with the weight loss. As for doing it faster, I've heard upping the protein can help. Of course it sounds like that is your major problem too. Do ready-to-drink protein drinks have sulfates in them?? I'm ignorant of what it even is, so I don't know.
Good luck and welcome aboard!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/wavey.gif)
