We are having a chilly Saturday morning. I was so looking forward to curling up on the porch swing and reading a book before everyone got up Have a Great Weekend!!!!
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Boy, have I been a slacker posting! I've been doing pretty good though. I do let a few of the "old" foods creep in now and then though and my capacity for food has increased a bit. Weight has been stable for a few months and I'm 1 year 2 months out from my surgery.
MENU
2 protein coffees (52 grams)
1/2 c cottage cheese
6 tortilla chips (yep, I still eat these every day)
Will post rest of menu as the day goes on......
UPDATE
string cheese
other random cheese
triscuits
salsa w/ chips
chicken
MILES
5k race this morning (hoping to get a PR)
VITS/WATER
Just ran out of multis last night and placed an order. Debating on whether to buy some centrum in the meantime or to skip the multi for 3 days. I am taking 50mg of iron each day, 1 10,000 D3, 1 B12, and 1500mg calcium citrate.
Water - will get lots in. I have been only getting in around 50 oz a day and I know I need a bit more than that. I go back and forth on counting coffee as water.
