 So happy for you getting your reduction and lift. I feel like I have small boobs, in fact friends were shocked at the DD. I can't imagine how hard it is for you to get a good choices at 30FF.

Yeah, it's no picnic having to order special-sized bras from Europe at the ripe old age of 12.  People don't realize mine are big either since my ribcage is so small now, and I tend to try and minimize them.  They only look big sans shirt.  I'm kind of hoping they'll be quite a bit littler after surgery, so that I can buy a bra at a normal store for less than $100!

 Glad you can get your lift and tuck covered. It is hard to look sometimes at my sags and bags. I finally care enough about how I look to start getting better underwear. I also bought several Assets at Target (cheaper, but made by Spanx). I figure I'll wait a while after goal to condiser surgery. 

The monthly support group I attend is having a presentation by a plastic surgeon next Sat. I figure it will be so fun and informative. Bet he gets lots of questions and some new patients.

Hey Wendy, Congrats on your new bras. They definitely make a difference.

I'm planning on attending the support group on Saturday. I think it should be interesting. Starts at 10 AM, right?

You are getting very, very close to your goal. That is awesome!!!

 Gail, how great to see you on Sat. Yes, starts at 10:00am.

I'm not as close to goal as I'd like. I don't change my ticker, but I'm back up 1.5 pounds this morning. 140 gets me to the highest place of a normal BMI for me. I really want to get to 135 or even 130. I need patience. You have been a great inspiration.

You'll get there. You are still early enough in the process, that the weight should come off. Up 1.5 lbs isn't anything, if you have been following your plan. I'm up a lb today, but I have been eating more and need to cut my calories a bit.  I also exercised yesterday, and sometimes that will bump me up a bit. Still trying to find that magic number of calories to stay at. Still exercising 4-5 times/week.

Just started riding my bike. Well, for 25 min. after work last week. I would be on it again, if not for all this rain. It has been like winter again.
