Took my car in the shop and was lucky I got out with only $80 worth of fixes. I was originally told $500... and the noise is gone!
B - 1 protein coffee
L - a piece of pizza
S - McD's SF iced coffee, which I spilled most of on me
D - 1 frickle, 3 chicken wings, a beer
Vits: just my prevacid, B and milk thistle

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

My DD and SIL both had theirs in the shop this week for inspection and their bill was over $800.00. They are never going to be able to build their house and move out!! DH thinks they should just remodel our game room and make themselves a suite but I'm not convinced. They make a lot more money than DH and I do but they just can't seem to get ahead.

Well today is the first day of summer break and I got to sleep till 7:55 before all 3 monkeys started jumping on me in the bed. Got up even tho I didn't want too boo. lol. They wanted pigs n a blanket from the donut shop. It's a rare treat so I agreed. Dropped clothes off at cleaners. DH leaves for business in San Diego on Monday. Going for a walk here in a bit before it gets too hot. I should get a pretty good work out pushing the double stroller. We have a high school graduation to attend to tonight so I will be busy today getting things done before it starts.
RNY Maintenance (4 years post-op)
I hate eating now days. Im bored stuck n a rutt! I hardly eat and the scale isn't moving. hummm? Maybe I'm not eating enough calories?
Today I've had 1 pig n a blanket. and a Starbucks doubleshot energy+coffee drink.
I can tell it's going to be one of those days where my eating is blah!

That's why I drink my Protein drinks and take my vitamins. I feel like I get all of the nutrition I need so if I don't feel like eating then I don't. It works for me.

L: 3/4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy's with no bun (I hate their chili so this was the next best thing since I can't do chicken yet) 13.5g
S: Cherry Limeade Protein slushy, 24g
D: Apricot Chili Glazed Pork Tenderloin (yummy!) with grilled asparagus 24g
S: Chocolate Soy Protein Shake 31g
Total: 110g of protein.
I feel a little guilty for getting that burger, but I was about to pass out from hunger. Next time I'm going to be gone like that I'll bring a snack. I was so busy packing diaper bags I forgot about myself.
No exercise today I'm taking it easy and giving these hips a rest.
