No Sugar Lemon Bars-----
Um..... no one knew they didn't have sugar in them!!!....that's how delicious they were! I needed a dessert for when my diabetic Mom, Aunt, and sister came for dinner last week.
I got the recipe here... (btw, any recipes I have got here, I LOVE!) check out all of them! Oh, and I purposely did not tell them there wasn't sugar in them until after they had them...b/c my diabetic Mom always says she doesn't like low sugar / no sugar things if she KNOWS they don't have it in them.... when she doesn't know she ALWAYS loves them!

Those look great and they can totally be made fatfree with fatfree promise / butter buds mixture substituting for the real butter in the bars and fat free ricotta ( i like to mix mine with butter buds and a bit of splenda and vanilla fora full fat creamy taste )
