We are about 40 miles from the beach!!!
No plan today so I'll post what I've done so far.

Sounds like you are working to stay on track.  Keep walking on that sandy beach....that will give your legs a work out and burn up calories.

beautiful weather here but really hot.  I got out early and worked the ponies and did some work in the garden.  Brought in blueberries for breakfast, collards for supper and sugar snap peas for lunch, spinach for a salad.  Yummmmmm  I have decided that if my carbs go up with stuff from my garden, so be it.  It is all good healthy organic food.

decaf protein coffee 20g
greek yogurt, blueberries  15g
steak, pea stirfry  25g
snack?
chicken, collards  29g
protein drink  20g

totals without snack
calories  710
protein  110
carbs  26 net

Those are all "good" carbs.  I don't worry to much about them.  You are right they are healthy and low calorie. 

I'm going to try and get my carbs as low as yours. I'm going to have to unpack my lunch bag for tomorrow and repack it.  

It was pretty nice here today.   It was only in the 70's.  DH even turned off the air conditioner.

 U go  hottie  Price    .  My personal experience is  that the  fiber from the freshies absolutely balances  the possible " carbs "  out  ... 

i get THINNER  during  the  gardening year lol !!! 

the kind of carbs that make me bigger are the ones that end up in my OVEN  ..  but  honestly im really  losing my taste for  sweet thank God ..

Hi Roz.  Made it home - long day with flight delays, but all went well and they didn't lose my suitcase, which I thought they would do.  TSA needed to go through it and took FOREVER to get to the checkin unit, then I only had 10 mins to make it thru security and to the gate... one of the last on, that's why I figured my suitcase didn't... but all's well.  Came home to 70 degree weather vs the 98 in Houston yesterday.

B - canadian ham and cheese omelet (didn't eat it all) and a whole bunch of coffee
L - McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
S - a handful of cashews
D - IDK - not hungry  I need to get a protein shake or 2 in.

Water:  ok

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.
