Menus and Miles Thursday June 2nd
Have a Wonderful Thursday!!!!! Other than switching fruit my menu hasn't changed any.
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

so I heard good things about a commitment letter coming soon ... I hope . Not the greatest terms but .. Im learning to keep criticism under my hat in this marriage or WORSE things happen lol .. NOT exactly an ideal berth for a meticulous detail- oriented perfectionist lol but what can i say ?

7:30am- Iso-Sensation93 Banana Shake with SF German Choc Cake syrup (tasted like banana nut bread): 30g protein
10:00am- cottage cheese, black cherries, kashi cereal: 17.9g protein
12:30pm- Cauli-Crust Pizza and salad: 15.9g protein
3:00pm- dry roasted edamame and laughing cow cheese: 12g protein
6:00pm- Cheesy Fish with california blend veggies: 32.4g protein
8:00pm- Jello Yogurt Pop-Peach: 3.1g protein
Either swimming or laundry tonight, some shopping (yes, I totally count that as exercise)
totals: 877 calories, 24.4g fat, 54.8g carbs (38.6g net), 111g protein
Didn't intend such low numbers just worked out for me and I'm in no rush to upset the boat so we'll go with it and see what the day brings :)
