Good Morning. How many of you are BACK on the straight and narrow?
I overindulged a little this weekend too. Had a little popcorn at the movies and have been eating watermelon every few minutes it seems :) So my carbs were at 100 plus two days in a row.

I'm working on getting back on the straight and narrow. My problem has been night time snacks. I do great during the day, but at night - it is bad....
We went to Sam's yesterday to get things for our beach trip and I bought cookies(Sugar & Snicker Doodles) - should not have done that. I can't have them around me. I have to eat several before they make me sick.
On the good side, I bought two dresses size 6's!! One was just $4.97. I was shocked at the price.

Ok, so I've been stalled for the last 3-4weeks. The scale was still at 192lbs this morning. I know I haven't made the best choices lately, but today, I've gotten in my am vits, 1 out of 3 protein shakes, 1 out of 4 bottles of water, and I had 3 small beef spare ribs for breakfast. I'm trying to condition my mind to protein first always and then if there's room for anything else, then veggies/fruit in moderation. We shall see lol!!
