Menus and Miles Tues. May 31st
Today was certainly better than the weekend but not really good yet. I was at a seminar where they served lunch. I passed on most stuff but did have salad and chicken salad and a cookie. I guess that isn't so bad but the fat was definately on the higher side with salad dressing and the mayo in the chicken salad. Oh well.
Tomorrow is anther day.
