I didn't even realize how hot it was until I got off at 4:30. I feel so bad for my DH having to work out in that heat with protective clothing on.

I had a great long weekend. Hated to come back to work even though it is only for 2 days then we are going to the beach!!!

I am reeling from very bad health news about a friend. I was at the hospital much of the weekend. I was doing okay until last night when I tore into some PopChips. It is hard from me to think about planning food but I don't want to sabotage myself. Here's the plan so far:

S- protein cookie bites (10 g) and a few sunflower seeds
L- Leftover chinese shrimp kung boa (12 g)
S- NF decaf latte (12 g)

Had a good weekend, had to work sunday. Was out with my hubby on the motorcycle on monday afternoon. It was so nice to have a sunny day! Another hot and sunny day today.
Stalled out at 135 (havent lost anything in may!! Ughhh!!), going up the protein and cut the carbs, reaalllly would love to see the 120's!
