Traveling and eating out

Thanks Jennifer.....these suggestions are realy helpful and I do need to try some things out before being on the road.

I just have to say that you look incredible......REALLY an amazing transformation.

Hope to see you again over the summer at support group....will be out of town both times they meet this month.
