I felt so much better once I got home. I could rest better and get my water in, etc. Hopefully your back will feel better soon.

I had a lot of adhesions also and had a longer surgery because of it. But now everything is wonderful.

There is no place like home. Welcome back on the losers' bench! I don't know why but peppermint tea helped me with the gas after my RNY.

Today has been a whole lot better except for the constipation part. I've been on some heavy duty pain medications too so that is probably why I'm feeling a bit brighter. I got on thescales yesterday and not one single oz loss at all. :( I'm really hoping that is just post surgery water weight.
