Menus and Miles Memorial Day May 30th
After being horrible eating chocolates all weekend, I am back on track. I have had 2 chocolate chews but I approve of those for my calcuim.

I aways have a protein something before bed. Last night I used unsweetened soymilk with my protein powder and got horrible heart burn. I even take my prilosec before bed and it didn't help. I ended up getting up and doing tums. I guess it was the combination although when I make protein ice cream, it has the same soy milk.

When my mom had a gladd bladder attack, her liver enzymes were so high they thought she had hepatitis C (she was a nurse).......however, it was just that she was very sick with her gall baldder and she did amazingly well post surgery. I pray this is the case with your sweet friend!!!

HW/232 CW/145.2 GW/???
My carbs and cals were outrageously high today. not so much bad choices just the combo I think. we were out snd about all day doing this and that and i was primarily eating out of my snack bag. Protein was great though,so,I guess it is really a toss up.

Yesterday was crazy and I completely forgot to post. I was a "bad" girl yesterday and ate something that wasn't liquids but I've been going nuts back on clear liquids. Fortunately it didn't hurt at all. So I'm hoping the meds for the ulcers are working.

L: Chicken broth w/ unflavored protein 28g
S: Snackwell's Cinnamon Raisin Bar (it was a cheat, but it was damn good) 8g
D: Refried beans, cheese, greek yogurt 10g
S: Chocolate Nectar w/ Vanilla Soy 31g
Total 118g of protein, the calories came out just under 700 I think.
Miles: I didn't do crap yesterday lol. My husband was off work and let me sleep in until 8 for the first time in 2 years. He then cleaned the house while I sat around and watched movies with the kids. It was a nice break.

Krakus ham (Polish lowfat and grass/slop fed free range if not outright " organic " ham from real backyard kept Polish pigs lol ) .. from night before with free range organiceggs ( mostly whites )

( thicken with cornstarch dissolved in fat free half and half )
