Hi Gina.  Boy this thread has been quiet this weekend..

I'm driving with my son to Houston tomorrow so I may be MIA.  I'm taking my little computer, my cord and my computer and I may connect while driving in the car to update.  I'm flying back on Thursday.

L - 2 scoops of pink grapefruit nectar protein drink

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

No mile per say but I did paint 2 1/2 rooms with my friend yestareday and we put my kids bedroom back together today.

How about chocolate and caffine?  Oh my gosh, I have been really horrible.  Running around trying to keep the horse show going and eating junk.  I have had some solid food, like the insides of a sandwich or chili and suppers were decent protein and veggies. I did get most of my vitamins in and did most of the water, somedays, even more.   I have remembered my protein most of the time, but all in all the weekend has been a disaster.  I can't wait to get back on track tomorrow, after a protein drink tonight. 
The amazing thing is that I lost weight during all of it.  I'm sure it was because I was running the whole time.  And didn't eat much,  it was just all the chocolate instead of a meal.  Oh well.  Tomorrow is another day.

I feel so much better today. Though am pacing myself! Chills and fever is gone, guess I just picked up a bug from someone.

Stawberry kiwi shake 30 grams
Protein coffee. 25 grams
A couple small bites of chicken chewed really well
A couple green beans in butter
Cup of sf jello

I know that's not near about protein I need but think I'm doing pretty good for 11 days out of surgery.
