1 month out
Yesterday was my one month! I've lost 20.5# and 18 inches! The first two weeks were tricky figuring out my med schedule, obsessing about fluids then week three the meds seemed to come together.
I told my NUT last week that I felt my fluids were low and he told me I'm right on track. I still would like to see them higher each day.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/smile.gif)
The best news is that my husband is now tracking carbs and calories. That's the biggest win of the month!!! He has 40# to lose. Day 1 of tracking was great -- day 2 he ate all of his calories by noon and is like "what???? they're all gone????"
Thanks to all of you for your help along the way! This is a wonderful group of people!

Good for you. It is fun when you are in the rapid losing part and stays fun because even when you stop losing so quickly, you are still losing inches. Glad you are doing well.
