During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

S - 1/2 chicken sandwich on wheat bread.  In the morning I have a hard time eating a lot, which is good...
S - Skinny mocha latte that made me feel yucky
L - 5 chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, 2 beers
S - some cashews
D - chimi stuff in a soft low-carb tortilla

Yes - except iron so far.
Water:  a bit low

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

chimichanga.  Its a Mexican dish - fried in the restaurants.  We made it into a soft shell burrito.  I have a cookbook that has a bunch of mix recipes - I make a HUGE batch (has roast, salsa, onions, green chilis, etc) and put it into portion size bags in the freezer.  Easy to grab, nuke to thaw and eat. 

I told Tom that if I don't get a job I'm going to be making a whole bunch of those mixes up.  I've had the cookbook for 30 years and pretty much only made the chimis.  Lots of other good recipes in there too.

I'm here too!  Mine's not too exciting since I'm back on full liquids.

B:  Syntrax Nectar Sweets Chocolate Truffle w/ Vanilla Soy milk 31g
L:  Soup at Hand with unlfavored protein added 28g
S:  Syntrax Nectar Cherry with Lemon/Lime Hawaiian punch packet added 23g
D:  Refried Beans with Greek yogurt and a little bit of shredded cheddar  10g
S:  Lemon Cream Pie Protein Pudding (pudding, whipped cream, milk, unflavored protein) 11g

103 grams of protein.  No idea how many calories. 

Vitamins:
Multi at Breakfast and Dinner
Calcium, 9 Celebrate Calcium Plus500 Chewables
Iron + C
10,000IU D3 Sublingual

No B-12 today but will do 2500mcg sublingual tomorrow.

Miles: 
I walked 2 miles in the mall today pushing a double stroller loaded with 48 pounds of toddler.  Not formal exercise, but it was a work out!
