After last week, I figured I'd slow down again and I did but...I still lost a wee bit.

Minus .4 of a lb but it's still a MINUS!

Liz and Charles, I think we need to prepare ourselves for a slow week after a big loss.  Our bodies are just taking a breather.  I bet you both see a loss next week!

Well, I messed up. I just had second breakfast and 2 protein coffees and I haven't weighed yet. I've been 119 to 120 all week though. No change. Success for maintenance.

I actually weighed today.  Usually I miss Sundays, but I don't weigh every day anymore like I used to.  Once you see the scale start to creep up, you don't want to see it as often - lol... but its good accountability. 

I was 130 this morning.  I've been fluctuating between 130-132. 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Ugh!  bad week.

153 last week
155 this week

The scale jumped in one day 2 lbs.  I am retaining water, it seems the more I drink the more I hold and also having hormonal issues.

Oh well, the heat just started so I hope I will not be like this all summer.

Sounds like no one YET is having a great week myself included...no change this week which I will gladly take...the scale was crazy this week ranging from 143 up to 150 but this morning I weighed in at 148..so I will take that due to being that time of the month and I ran out of protein about two days ago so I know I haven't been getting my protein in...got some more yesterday so will be drinking some this morning for sure..then to top it off I ate chinese last night for dinner, which was a bad experience but it did taste good at the time! So anyway, next week will be better!!
