Probiotic Question

I'm thinking of trying Probiotics to help my digestive system get back on track. Is there any certain type you guys recommend? There are so many brands out there I don't even know where to start. Is there one we absorb better than others?

Primal Defense Ultra is a pretty good one that a lot of folks on the DS board use. I've found it at VitaminShoppe and Whole Foods.

Awesome, thank you Gina. We're going into town today and Vitamin Shoppe was on my list of places to go anyway. My husband ate all my Atkins bars lol.

One more question lol. Do you do the caplets or the powder? I saw some on Amazon that come in pearls. Is there a type that is easier for us to absorb?

That's what I ended up getting! We made it to GNC before Vitamin Shoppe. By time I was ready to go to Vitamin Shoppe the kids were done for the day. I usually can get 2 hours of decent shopping time with them, but today was a no go. They wanted Daddy and he was at the race track. Trying to reason with toddlers is not easy lol.
