During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

3:00: String Cheese, baby carrots: 8.2g protein

5:00: ProStar Cookies n Cream: 25g protein
7:00 Turkey Burger Mockafoni and green peppers: 13.6g protein
8:30pm: SF layer cake (like the boston cream recipe just with lemon and strawberry puddings and coconut flakes): 11.8g protein
totals: 1139 calories, 37.6g fat, 72.5g carbs (58.3g net), 127g protein

Hi Roz and all.... today starts the beginning of my "forever weekends"... Its my last day, even though I'm still sitting at home... I may get on the bike and ride into the office to check my email, but that would be it. I'm waiting for it to warm up a bit first.
