First let me start off with saying I am happy with me, and the way I look. I still can't believe I am in anything from a size 2-6 pants/shorts/skirt depending on brand. And a small to med shirt. I stay any where from 121-125 on any given day.
I just wish, and I am sure all of us do that we could still change something. For me that is the back of my legs. I still have "dimples".
I am getting back into walking more, doing hills, and want to start jogging soon since the weather is getting better at last...and within the week no school for the kids, so more time for me. Just wondering if anyone has any other ideas. I bought a super cute swim suit...a short dress style, but I hate the way the back of my legs look in it. Guess I will go back to the skirt type which is longer and covers more. Or maybe when I get a little color they won't look so bad?!

Oh wow ! U drank too much toxic soda and pesticides in yer food Grrl over the years..that basically dosnt have a place to go....

yes , that WILL fixit ! it will also ( sorry to say ) giveU headaches in the short term .... (

sorry for the pain. Its momentray , short term and it DOES end thank GOD .

And yes ,it DOES cure the bumps.

I WONdered where all that crap went! 

A sauna will be tough to come by, but maybe I'll luck out on craig's list's free section.  lol  Meanwhile, I'll keep soaking in my hot tub of water and believe it's helping.  ;-)

I had to wear skirts and shorts for that reason even when I was small.    The only person I know of that had it and got rid of it went and had some kind of treatments to her legs.  I don't remember what it was called, but they put her in tight pants and put a thing that breaks up the fat all up and down her legs.  She did several treatments and I am not sure it is helped the long run or if she had to go back?

A tan helps it look better.  I have not heard of a sauna helping.  When you  drink more fluids, I would think it would get lumpy again, right?

the toxins CAUSE the problem ( its actually the breakdown of the collagen layers between the fat ... that smooth and control it .. they become riddled with holes I guess is the analogy .... and the skin in that area becomes much less regular appearing ..

without saunaing the toxins out its a permanent problem ... yes U can massage / sun/ exercise all U want but it comes back .

And for goodnesss sakes if U get cellulite stop drinking soda ! ( when i first started modeling they told us it was a 100% nono becauseit CAUSES cellulite ... mind U drugs, cigraettes , living on espresso all day every day thats OK ... but no soda ever lol ... )

Those things like the electric massagers they have at some old fashioned spas ( shake that fat with a belt ) ... VELA smooth , a new heated laser treatment ... even good old fashioned tanning ( limited ) combined with gentle exercise like walking or even running ( helps restore those deep connective tissue layers that have degraded ) works.

There are some nice gels too that reduce the appearance THAT DAY ...U can buy in the drugstore .. they work pretty well too... ( they work on crepey . shakey thin skin too .. like batwings ... try it ! )

Its definitlley a challenging problem but not an insurmountable one - im seeing less and less cellulite these days so people ARE able to do something permanent about it . Its nice to see taut toned thighs and pretty hips buttts and non- hangy arms on young looking grandmother s ! Definitely CAN be achieved ...

All I have to say is WOW, I have to buy everything you are saying....I use to be a pop crazy person! 2 yrs ago, I quit drinking it and haven't had one since....IF I knew this I would never of had one...I have started more of the leg exercise, will figure out a sauna...(not sure where we would have one around here, that is my vacation thing to do)...what gel's would you pass on to work with? I have started a Avon one, just now...but if you have any ideas I would love it!

Thanks everyone for the ideas....by the way I do walk backwards on my elliptical helps with my bum too! :)

 I would recommend strenth training....the cardio is good but if you build up some nice lean muscle under there it will support it better and fill out the area more....and not sag as much...strength training is a must for us women as we age anyhow so no time like the present to start...Seaview
nothing will completely fix it but this might be another helpful thing....
