Menus and Miles Thursday May 26th

2 different protein chai teas ( totals say same but taste sure is rich ..hmmm ) ran out of isopure
this stuff made me gain like gangbusters before
poached codfish in a rich organic chicken broth , garlic , saffron ( the real thing from the crocus ) Chinese broad beans ( very like giant Edamame or fava beans but WAYY better ) butter buds , fat free promise and white cooking wine . Very traditional Spanish or Portuguese and yummy ! One of the main reasons I will substitute a CHINESE vegetable BTW is that they can be counted upon to 1) taste great 2) they dont need to be overcookedto do so and 3 ) theyre fun, educational and a challenge to grow !

artisanal garlic bread with fat free promise and only -fruit apricot butter.
red wine ( way too much )
chinese take out wontons in peanut sauce ( yes theyre boiled not fried and i ask them to make the sauce oil free ... hmm about 5 ) n part of an apple

S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Bacon & Tomato Sandwich(Very Thin Wheat Bread) & 1/2 pack of Quaker Mini Delights
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Pork Roast, green beans(or cabbage)
S: Sweet Freedom Ice Cream
Vitamins: Morning Done
Water/Fluids: 60 ozs so far
