Happy Thursday!! 1 day to go before the weekend....YEAH!!!!!
During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Happy Thursday Roz! I cannot wait for my 3 days weekend! One day helping friends move two days at the pool in my awesome new bikinis!!!!!!!!! Oh the joy! I'm so excited :)
7:30: Syntrax Nectar Grapefruit with a splash of SF pineapple syrup: 23g protein
10:00: Cottage Cheese, frozen NSA cherries, kashi cereal: 18.3g protein
12:30: Leftover ranch parm chicken strips over salad: 19.5g protein
3:00: 1 slc P28 bread with chocolate PB2 and SF raspberry jam: 17.9g protein
4:30 CURVES
5:00: 4EverFit Cran Razz: 22g protein
6:30: White fish lightly dusted in flaxmeal and parm topped with laughing cow cheese and spinach: 30.8g protein
8:00: Peach Jell-o Yogurt Pop 3.1g protein (see LadyQuenn's blog for the recipe, it's awesome)
Totals: 1030 calories, 31.3g fat, 59.7g carbs (45.8g net), 134g protein
Making more squazagna and turkey burger mockafoni to fuel people attending the house blessing and moving for my friends this weekend.

My biggest regret with my surgery is not having it when I was young enough for my skin to bounce back so I could wear a decent bathing suit and shorter shorts. ENJOY your new healthy exciting life!!!

It's not the prettiest belly in the world, but I figure some time in the sun will do worlds of good for it.
It's wrinkly and pasty and stretch mark covered, but hey, no one goes to the pool so I'm not going to let those things hold me back.
I think more than my relative youth what really helped me and my belly was being obese for only 2 years. I was overweight for 10 years (180-190 pound range), got pregnant (got up to 250 pounds), never l got below 229 til right before my surgery
So that's my theory. Especially since my breasts aren't as lucky as my tummy. I've had then since I was 12 or so. Poor things :(

Gonna be a hard weekend for me, Headed out to Family camp in Charlottesville. Meals are planned for me, so I will have to pick and choose. I have beef jerky, my protein for coffee in the mornings, cheese sticks and greek yogurt. Thinking about some trail mix too. Kinda has me worried though... on to today
