Everyone always talks highly about Hines which is unusual for someone in the spotlight.  He was decent at the beginning of the show but now he is WOW!!  It's hard to believe he is a Pro football player but he is great at that too.

Good Menu!!  I guess you are going to have to hide those peaches...LOL

My first cup of protein coffee made with a half cup whole milk and splash of heavy cream 35 grams
Cup of jello
Half of Atkins strawberry shake 7 grams
Isopure sipped all day 40 grams
Will be having soft sunny side up egg in a bit 5 grams

That's 87grams of Protein in WOW

Thank you thank you!! Remembering to sip not gulp has been one of the hardest parts for me.

But, I do have the added bonus of my nose warning me I'm full now.
Sweet!!

I still can't get over the 10 lbs lost in a week. I weighed myself last night after we got home to check my scale by drs. My scale was same as drs office scale was. I wanted so bad to get on scale this morning but fought the impulse.
I'll do the weigh in on Sunday, so I can post it. Lol

Not much exercise today unless you count laundry? Lol

I'm going to make myself get my ass in gear and move!

Besides with a full house it'll give me a much much
Needed break.
