But, I do have the added bonus of my nose warning me I'm full now.

I still can't get over the 10 lbs lost in a week. I weighed myself last night after we got home to check my scale by drs. My scale was same as drs office scale was. I wanted so bad to get on scale this morning but fought the impulse.
I'll do the weigh in on Sunday, so I can post it. Lol
Not much exercise today unless you count laundry? Lol
I'm going to make myself get my ass in gear and move!
Besides with a full house it'll give me a much much
Needed break.
