During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Maybe you can help me, but reading other people's menus makes me worry that I EAT too much. Sure my totals are near everyone elses, but it seems like a lot of people on here are existing on shakes and greek yogurt (and toppings) with the occassional meat/veggie meal, which makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong....
No real appetite today, so here goes
7:30-Curve's
8:00-1/2 cookies n creme shake with benefiber: 12.5g protein (couldn't make myself finish the whole of it)
10:45- 1/2 flax muffin, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with benefiber: 18.4g protein
1:00- squazagna with spinach: 19.2g
3:30- 1/2 flax muffin, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with benefiber
6:30- ranch/parm chicken strips with salad: 26.1
8:30- jell-o yogurt pop, 3.1g protein
been averaging about 15 cups of water day for some unknown reason.

I noticed your menus are close to what I was eating a couple months ago (especially when I was obsessed with soy chips) so it looks like we are both okay :D thanks again i think you are doing great as well and i love your creativity in your food choices (and that's saying A LOT since I'm a picky eater) :P
