Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Happy over the hump day!!!!!!  Have you all been watching Dancing with the Stars?  Doesn't our Pgh. Steeler, Hines Ward got the cutest smile ever?  So glad he won......!!!!!

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening  because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that,  "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and  then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

D:  2 Chicken/Cheese Quesadias and 2 small onion rings...they didn't sit well

ive been out sick (terrible cold) and back in the office today. i still cant taste or smell anything. hopefully this will pass soon!

Thought I was doing something right, yep scale went back to where it was. Maybe a fluctuation in the scale, who knows.

Happy Hump-Day Roz & LW's!  Working from home tomorrow and my Aunt visiting from Arkansas, Mom & sis are coming to my new house for a grilled dinner...should be fun! Hoping to make the lemon bars from Bariatric eating tonight for dessert tomorrow too.

B: egg and slice of cheese on a toasted croissant (most of it)
L: 1/2 of small 100% whole wheat pita bread, Snappea Crisps (baked pea pods) dipped in hummus
S: snack size Oh Yea protein bar
D: 1/2 slice of pizza (it's Uno's (thick))
S: Mint Cookie shake

 Good morning Roz

Maybe you can help me, but reading other people's menus makes me worry that I EAT too much. Sure my totals are near everyone elses, but it seems like a lot of people on here are existing on shakes and greek yogurt (and toppings) with the occassional meat/veggie meal, which makes me wonder if I'm doing something wrong....

No real appetite today, so here goes

7:30-Curve's
8:00-1/2 cookies n creme shake with benefiber: 12.5g protein (couldn't make myself finish the whole of it)
10:45- 1/2 flax muffin, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with benefiber: 18.4g protein
1:00- squazagna with spinach: 19.2g
3:30- 1/2 flax muffin, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with benefiber
6:30- ranch/parm chicken strips with salad: 26.1
8:30- jell-o yogurt pop, 3.1g protein

been averaging about 15 cups of water day for some unknown reason.

I know I couldn't exist on just shakes and yogurt...  I EAT a lot too.  But my NUT says I am eating the right amounts.  I eat every two hours or so...try to do that so I don't make bad choices too often!  I think you are doing great!

 that's what I do too, thanks for letting me know I'm not a freak :)
I noticed your menus are close to what I was eating a couple months ago (especially when I was obsessed with soy chips) so it looks like we are both okay :D thanks again i think you are doing great as well and i love your creativity in your food choices (and that's saying A LOT since I'm a picky eater) :P
