My DD started driving and instead of buying her a vehicle, i bought ME a new (to me) vehicle. She is now driving the mini van to work and school and I have  Ford Freestyle.... Although I can still fit 6 in it, it really is much smaller and easier to drive..... (remember I have 4 children and they are with me often)
She takes crap from her friends fro driving the van but she loves it, has room for her color guard flags and room for extra friends..... I was so SICK of being a mini van mom...

When I'm out I seem to crave my Protein drinks.  It's kindof wierd because I rarely drank anything before WLS.

Protein chai teas

spinach puree

chicken breast tikka ( marinatedin tikka spices , yogurt , vinegar and roasted)

bagel with fat free promise and fat free cream cheese

grapes

sugar free fat free chocolate ice cream thingie ( skinny cow i think ) too sweet

yoplait sugarfree fat free yogurt ( still too sweet)

large piece artisanal garlic bread ( with roastedgarlic , no spread ) with apricot butter all fruit

 I actually   buy these mini- baguettes with the roasted garlic   cloves baked inside  . Sinful but  nearly  fatfree  and yummy.  Yeah theyre  white  bread  ;(  but i think its sourdough  .  

I USED to  make fatfree   garlic bread by halving   a baguette  ,spreading fatfree    promise mixed with butter buds on the two halves ,    sprinking  with parmesan  and / or fatfree cheese  slices ( makes  it even better  )  and also spreading with  roasted garlic   squeezed from the clove (   i have a terr cotta garlic roaster - you soak the top of thing then bake the entire clove with the bottom  cut off ...  then the  garlic comes out like a spread ) .   A pain in the neck  but  delicious  ...and REALLY Really  garlicky !
