good morning! was going to do a cycling class at the gym this morning but i slept right though it! going to do some hot yoga tonight though and a very long bike ride this morning. working on water and vits, i am very dehydrated today. here is the plan so far, will add in snacks though.

I bet you had a blast!!!   I get to see mine all the time but I still get excited when I see them.  I just can't wait until the little ones get excited to see me too!  My soon to be 6 yr. old gets so excited when I pick her up in the morning for school.

Watermelon..YUM.   I can't wait for summer fruit!!!!

Good Morning Roz!!!!, Been hangin in with the plan my doctor has given me. Basically I take my vitamins with a protein shake in the morning and again at night. During the day I have food as tolerated and so far all labs fall into the normal range except my B12 is a bit high. I am now just over a year as of May7 and really fight to maintain this weight of 175#. My common channel is 250cm and so malnourishment is likely not a problem but my eating small amounts all day has me worried that one day I will be gaining weight. So I weigh in twice a day and see very little movement either way. My co-morbidities have disappeared and I am taking zero medications. I don't know that I can add much to the conversations but really appreciate all you and others here have done to keep me on track.
