Menus and Miles Monday May 23rd

During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

B: High Fiber Oatmeal...I was starving this morning which is rare for me in the morning
Protein: GNC Chocolate and Syntrax (Matrix) Mint Cookie 45g
S: 2 pieces of cheese
Protein: Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a squirt of MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
L: 1/2 Can Veg Beef Barley Soup

D: DH is supposed to have ballgame (every ones been rained out so far) Small Wendy's chili

S1: Mint Cookie Shake with Benefiber and creme de menthe and cookie dough syrups (i use 16 oz of water in my shakes so I need a little extra flavor, yom): 23g protein
B: 1/4 flax muffin, 1/2 c cottage cheese with benefiber: 23g protein
L: 6 Mini Quiche with 1/4c green beans 1/4 tb olivio: 14.8g protein
S2: Laughing Cow Gouda, Carrots: 5.4g protein
Pre-Workout powder: 3g

Prostar Cookies n Creme with PB and cookie dough SF syrups: 25g
Have support group tonight, so I'm eating out. Dinner is down between:
Denny's Cranberry Apple Salad: 36g protein or Outback Kid's Chicken on the barbie with seasonal veggies: 35g protein. Feel free to help me decide. Right now the Denny's salad is in the lead since it's a plateful of amazing flavors (can't eat the whole of either of these either, just listing the highest possible for worst case scenario outlook)
So since Denny's is in the lead, my totals for today with that as dinner are:
1092 calories, 33.8g fat, 58.7g carbs (42.2g net), 130g protein
okay and there's with outback, just incase you're curious
1034 calories, 37.8g fat, 46.7g carbs (41.5g net), 129g protein
not enough of a difference to really make the decision for me
also tried the Strawberry Melon MiO as of Friday. It is my second favorite, following after the Berry Pomegrante. Peach Mango lives 3rd, not a fan of the peach tea, and have no desire to try the sweet tea
