Month 4 report

I'm four months out as of today...I lost only 5 lbs this month but it is still coming off...just very slowly now. I did lose another 4.75 inches all over for a grand total of 42.0625 inches since I started.

Those of you who are pre-ops, please get your measurements pre-op and then measure once a month...you might not be moving the scale and still losing the inches.

My 10's finally fit perfect, my 12's are too big. Depending on who made it and how it's made, my tops range from a med to an x-large. My shoe size shrank from an 8W to a 7Regular. And I have a new disease called noassatall. Yeap, my tail bone hurts!

Mel, I had very little back there to start with so losing it meant I have almost nothing. The more you have, the less "noassatall" you end up with, LOL.

Hey just for the record the gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the body , the EASIEST to make grow and look round nfirm..

and all it takes is squats ( even without weight) , lunges , or jumping up ( like onto a park bench as U run .. then do a layup while Ureup there just for fun ! ) ..

the forward tilt of jogging develops the glutes 30% more than walking .... ( and burns30% more calories fo r the same distance )

rollerblading or skating is of course a magnificent butt bumper-outer .

Id U dont like the little " bum flaps " and looseskin around ur knees U can do stairmaster.. or buy some DR. Scholls toe-grip sandals.. theyre very effective for spot toning those specific areas .

magic!
