Testing, testing...
so it's about 8:30 and I should be getting ready for bed but of course I'm here posting this
All I want to do right now is get something to eat. I just have this huge head hunger for something crunchy but instead I think I will call it a night and go upstairs before I give into this temptation. Wish me luck and good night all!

You've done great so far so I know you are getting the hang of this.
I save a protein drink for before bed every night. It isn't crunchy but the sweet seems to do the trick for me. Sometimes it is a protein ice cream instead. I guess if I really needed crunchy, I would build into my daily numbers some nuked pepperoni or a handful of roasted soybeans. Those both have good crunch and protein.
