Hope t omorrow's a better day for U ... ( for me - a way to break the cookie / bread cycle is to go fora long walk or better yet a run and release some endorphins . THe serotonin release is what the cookie monster craves ..

Hey All, so this is my first post. I'm doing good, head hunger is still leering at me like an ugly monster. These 4 weeks of full liquid diet is gonna be tough, I'm wanting something to chew on.
So what did you all eat to crunch on at 5 days out?
2 soft fried egg yolks( really runny)
3ozs. Carbmaster yogurt with vb syntrax nectar protein mixed in
Cup sf jello
Lemon lime drink
Powerade zero
Sipping, sipping, sipping!!

Hi there! Looks like you're doing good. Hmm...crunchy at 5 days post op would have been SF Popsicles.
