During the honeymoon period "Bad" carbs will slow down our losing but most of the time we don't realize thats even happening because we are still losing and we "think" we are getting away with it, but worse than that, "Bad Carbs" lead to bad habits and then when we get to maintenance we start gaining.

Protein: GNC Chocolate and Syntrax (Matrix) Mint Cookie 45g
S: 2 pieces of cheese
Protein: Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea with a squirt of MiO Berry Pomegranate 23g
L: 2 pieces of beef tips, 2 bites of baked sweet potatoes, 1 bite of green beans and $9.99
wasted!
S: a couple of strawberries and a few potato chips (shared with DGS)

reheated frozen eye round beef potatoes and okra with yellow Indian curry ( fatfree )
brown rice and tofu ( 4 gramsfat perserving ) vegan ready made - a few spoonfuls
apricot butter - just fruit no sugar no crn syrup no sweetener with soy crisps caramel flavored
3 gramsfat forthe bag
too many everything pretzel thins with that im sorry to say ( 0.5 grams fatper serving ) felt slightly sick afterwards
salad on the hoof - a small tomato arugula tops radish tops spinach and lettuce leaves
fresh spinach puree from the garden made with fresh garlic and skim milk and a huge pot of fresh baby spinach - yum !
one ounce tofu "feta " cheese ( one gram of fat per serving )
2 protein coffees with herbal natural hazelnut liqueur
workout - about three hours of trying on free clothes ( I know kill me now grrls ) ... but it tires ya out REALLY ..oh and i was kind of tentatively offered a really cool job buying oil bearing land around the world as a surrepetitious cats paw for a big oil company ... ;) RIGHT up my alley !!
so if the house doesnt work out ... quickie Vegas divorce ( you can even do it online ! and its 200 bux!!! ) ... and Dubai, Saskatchewan, Kazakshstan .. here I come life is WAY too short to waste in frustration or throw away on silly guys who can't get out of their own way

I just got back from taking the MGB out for a spin. Went tanning and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Sunday morning. Drove through the country to get to the tanning salon...top down..."wind in my hair and bugs in my teeth" kind of morning. lol

today I got up at 4am
I ate a cookie
at 6am I ate the rest of the pork chop and some apple sauce left over from last night
at 9am I had two pieces of toast
at 10 am I ate some more cookies
at 1pm I ate 1/2 a tuna sandwich, some cheese doodles, and an orange
at 2pm more cookies.
I am out of control which is why I am typing all this to make myself look at the cold hard facts. (but I lost 2 pounds this week!)
