I only did cardio for the first 6 months, along with the body weight arm stuff.  There is no point in stressing your incisions and needing hernia surgery too only because you were too excited to reel it in for a bit!

Ah, the sagging butt.  Build up muscle as you can, inclines, hills, stairs, lunges, squats, that sort of stuff.  Some folks' bottoms come out BEAUTIFULLY with minimal effort, so you really cant ever know how its ultimately going to turn out!!

I will swing some perky butt chickens for you!  :}

LMBO Thats funny. I will work on that. Having a hysterectomy Thursday so will be back to walking for a while but I will do lunges, stairs, hills and squats. I don't ever think I'm doing the squats and lunges right. I'm going to have to break out the Wii Fit again. LOL Take care.

Thank you Jody. And only poking!  NO kicking!!

Amusingly enough, some folks have found me irritating enough to create new identities and send me hate mail!  ha!  *shrug*  Its okay.  We cant be everybody's favorite all the time.  How liberating is that to know!? :}

Thank you for sharing with me!!

Triceps dip - if you sit on a chair *like a kitcheny chair, or maybe sturdy coffee table*, put your hands on the sides (palms on top of chair, fingers under seat) and then scootch your hiney off, then not using your feet, just your arms, keep your arms to your side (so your elbows go back, not out) and lower your body down until your elbows are in line with your shoulders, then push back up (with arms, not feet****il your hiney is even with the seat again.
