I only did cardio for the first 6 months, along with the body weight arm stuff. There is no point in stressing your incisions and needing hernia surgery too only because you were too excited to reel it in for a bit!
Ah, the sagging butt. Build up muscle as you can, inclines, hills, stairs, lunges, squats, that sort of stuff. Some folks' bottoms come out BEAUTIFULLY with minimal effort, so you really cant ever know how its ultimately going to turn out!!

Wow - great story of your success! Thanks for sharing and giving us a kick when we need it! Quite frankly, I've never found you irritating.

Triceps dip - if you sit on a chair *like a kitcheny chair, or maybe sturdy coffee table*, put your hands on the sides (palms on top of chair, fingers under seat) and then scootch your hiney off, then not using your feet, just your arms, keep your arms to your side (so your elbows go back, not out) and lower your body down until your elbows are in line with your shoulders, then push back up (with arms, not feet****il your hiney is even with the seat again.
