Mint Chocolate Protein Drink
You're welcome :)
I just got my pineapple and coconut syrups in today. Cookie Dough and Toasted Marshmallow are coming tomorrow. Mint cookie with creme de menthe and cookie dough is fabulous. Adding cookie dough SF syrup to any cookie shake is a great idea in my opinion.
powder, if it's already made it's already thickened and will not thicken your shake.
Mmm, strawberry smoothie, I've been meaning to try try greek yogurt in my shakes, but haven't yet. I've also been told that cottage cheese makes for a thicker shake as well.
I drink a shake for breakfast, one after my work out and sometimes the blended one for dessert. I am a freak and I love my shakes.
Current powders in my drawer ****ep quart sized baggies full in my filing cabinet at work):
Matrix Perfect Chocolate
Matrix Mint Cookie
Nectar Lemonade
Nectar Grapefruit
ProStar Cookies n Cream
Body Fortress Vanilla (I use this mostly as a base in my fruit flavored, blended shakes at home) I really love the vanilla's with the hint of coconut to them, they aren't as sweet.
My DaVinci's include:
Lime, Peach, Blueberry, Macademia Nut, Peanut Butter, Toasted Marshmallow, Creme de Menthe, Caramel, German Chocolate Cake, Strawberry, Cookie Dough, Hazelnut, Pineapple, and Coconut.
I require variety and I never get bored with this array.
At home I always keep the chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and cheesecake puddings on hand. Frozen fruit is a new must with all the new fruity syrups that have arrived. Strawberry has been the best so far, it was nearly strawberry ice cream it was that good.
Eeps! Good luck with that!
And hey! We've talked before, I just forget things when people's pictures go away
I hope these bring more fun into your food :D
Oh and let me add, PB2 and or peanut flour are also great additions and thickening agents, especially to the chocolate you are starting to glare at
