Great, thank you. I'm going to order it right now. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream. I also crave thin mint girl scout cookies. I pray this will help with the cravings. I won't have it every day but I will enjoy it as a treat. I make a strawberry smoothie that I enjoy on the weekends the same way. Thanks you!

i think it's 23g before the milk, milk adds more protein

you're exactly right....you'll need to add 9 additional grams of protein for 1 cup of skim milk.

what flavor fat free/sugar free pudding do you mix with it for the ice cream?  just do vanilla?

YUMMMMM!  i've got chocolate already so i'll be adding that one tonight!  how much pudding do you use per 8oz of milk?  i'm loving the idea of the pudding giving it a "creamier" texture!!

thanks so much for sharing!!

i add until it's the desired thickness. I'd stat with a teaspoon of the powder and work from there :) enjoy!

I use the Mint Cookie (Syntrax Matrix) it is my favorite.

A little tip on proteins though, find a couple you like and switch them up, the reason a lot of people get sick of protein powders is because they have teh same one every day sometiems several times a day. You don't ever want to get sick of mint cookie, and yes it makes great ice cream when blended with ice, milk (or cream), and a little SF FF pudding mix.

If you are pre-op beware your tastes may change after surgery, so don't over stock. If you are post op, then you should be good to go.

I buy mine from supplement warehouse, they price match. because you seem like such a sweetie, i'll even tell you the competitor website i put in to get the best price on this. www.czsupplements.com $16.80 for the 2# container, www.smartbodynutrition.com $35.95 for the 5# bag. SW will beat these prices by 5%. Their shipping is a little steep, but it tends to level out, and they claim to have the lowest shipped price. But if you are ordering other things from netrition, i would advise just throwing them all in together to get the flat rate shipping. Unless the powder is ridiculously priced. You can load a cart on SW and get estimated shipping and see if it's worth it. use code MAY29GAS (if you order by the 29th) at check out for 2.00 off your order. They also have the best prices on DaVinci syrups 4.97/bottle and they pack them really well.

Now then, for snacks... check out the JUST THE CHEESE items. Netrition has them, as well as amazon, they are baked cheese and only cheese, very crunchy and good. Kay's Naturals also has great pretzels, cookies, and chips. Dry roasted edamame is a fabulous thing, I get mine at costco and it's almost like peanuts only healthier. These satisfy the crunch cravings without the fat for me.

Good luck.

and no i don't work for any company listed above. i just love finding good deals and sharing and I LOVE mint cookie

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I have all of these. I went ahead and ordered the mint cookie powder already but I will order the syrup and get some sf chocolate pudding. Do you use the ready made or powder? I make a great strawberry smoothie with frozen strawberries, sf strawberry syrup 2% milk and plain Greek yogurt. I have a chocolate that I drink for breakfast. You are right, I'm getting sick of the chocolate. I'm going to try some of your chip suggestions so I won't have to have protein drinks 2 times a day. I appreciate all of your tips. I am post op so I won't have to worry too much about my taste changing. My surgery is a hysterectomy. Thanks again!!!
